Favorite HM Models: At present I am concentrating on the T-55 and Centurion as they are very nice models and Hobbymaster gaps that other manufacturers don't seem to care about. I am eagerly awaiting the RAAF F-111G and the two latest T-55 releases (Finnish & Slovenia).
Reasons for Collecting: I have been collecting military models for many years and grew up around RAAF bases. I had a much larger aircraft and tank collection but had to downsize due to storage and so I only collect vehicles that I have managed to see. The Phantom and Aardvark are all time favourites but Armour is where I really like collecting.
Most Expected Future Models: Models that I would love to see in the future are more Centurion and T-54/55's variants with different barrels, turret and wheels (T-54 spider wheels) and armour upgrade packages including the very latest upgrades (Type 59 II in 3 tone camo, Type 62 light tank, Type 63 Amphibious tank, ZSU-57, Israeli APC upgrades etc).
Any and all T-34's & T-62's ("Hero tank 215" and the T-62 at the PLM in Beijing which I saw in June 2009) as well as a series of Salamander/Stalwart/ Saladin Saracen along with a A34 Comet ("Nina" at HK Coastal Defence Musuem, saw this, the Ferret and the Saracen in Mar 2010 ) would be fantastic......
