“The F-15C that Hobby Master produce is without a doubt the best engineered model I have from you. Everything fits just perfect and very realistic. That makes me smile a lot since I flew the F-15C for over 22 years (logging more than 2,700 hrs of time) and was also fortunate enough to have been assigned to the 1st Fighter Wing from 1989 – 1993.
During those years I served in the 27th Fighter Squadron (89 - 92) and finished the last portion in 71st. My time as the Air Combat Command East Coast F-15 Demo Pilot for the 1992 airshow season was while assigned to 27th--though we used aircraft from all three squadrons to support that specific mission.”
