Reasons for Collecting : My first trip by air was back in 1968 on board a Pan Am Boeing 707 to New York, so my interest in this airline started. As travelling by air in these times was something special, which could not afforded by many, so this flight will always remembered by me.
My interest in military aviation started already in the 1950ies when attending the first airshows as a boy after the war in Germany has ended. The pocket-money was spent on the first available plastic-model-kits from Faller. Deeper interest in Aviation History started together with my son, attending airshows, photographing aircraft, doing plastic kits, building up an archive and researching special chapters of the history of the Luftwaffe in World War II.
Most Expected Future Models: Curtiss C-46 1:200, Boeing B-307 Stratoliner, Alpha-Jet 1:72.
