Occupation: Federal Government Worker
Total No. of Collections: My Hobby Master models is at 14 with 81 total models in my collection (and growing).
Favorite HM Models: That's a tough one, but it would be between the A-1 Skyraider, Brewster Buffalo, F-4 Phantom.
Reasons for Collecting: Since I was a child I had a passion for aviation, especially for WWII aviation. After seeing the John Wayne movie "The Flying Tigers" I was hooked on the P-40 Warhawk. I wanted to build the P-40 Warhawk with the "Sharkmouth" just like in the movie. Since then I built just about every WWII plane. Now I don't have the time or the patience to build models, that's when diecast became my passion. About 10 years ago I started out with Matchbox collectibles, then Corgi, Dragon, Forces of Valor, Model Power, Hobby Master, and Skymax. My collection keeps growing, but I have limited space so my main theme is WWII and pre-WWII, but I do have some post WWII propellers and jets (couldn't resist). I think Hobby Master and Skymax are a excellent producers of great looking models, with fine attention to detail in every scale they make. Keep up the good work guys!
Most Expected Future Models: Vought F4U-5NL Corsair, Vought OS2U Kingfisher, Grumman F7F Tigercat, Vought SB2U Vindicator.
